Ordering guidelines

Minimum order
50 boxes.
Order timeline
Order at least 7 working days before your delivery date. During the festival season, order at least 10 days ahead.
Advance payment
50% to confirm your booking.
Balance payment
The remaining 50% is due 24 hours before dispatch.
Kolkata and nearby
Delivery charges apply.
Outstation
By courier, at actual courier charges. We quote the charge at booking, based on pincode and parcel weight. Please order at least 10 days ahead.
Branded boxes
Branded or logo boxes are possible. We need final artwork within 24 hours of your order. Charges extra.
Response time
Within 1 hour during the working window, 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday.
